As a response to COVID-19, we'd like to make it easier for you to purchase and return. Please note we are offering free returns on all Australian orders for limited time only! A returns label will be included in your order, which can simply be attached to any parcel and dropped off in an Australia Post red street posting box.
Below is our standard returns policy at all other times.
Entitlement to a refund for Amelius items which are in merchantable quality condition, unworn, and with original tags still attached have the ability to be exchanged for a different size or product, ultimately depending on stock availability.
Alternatively, Amelius offers the availability of a processed credit note which is valid for 12 months. It is important to note that a refund is only provided if your goods are faulty or damage free.
Amelius has the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned fails to meet our return policy requirements which is in keeping with Fair Trading laws.
Orders must be returned within 10 business days of your parcel being delivered.

Orders can NOT be cancelled after the order has been placed.
SALE ITEMSAll sales on reduced items are final unless faulty and cannot be repaired or replaced.
Full-priced items purchased during a promotional sale, are eligible for the same returns procedure as full-priced goods.
While Amelius always ensures all products are assessed and in immaculate condition before being sent out, it is most important that the customer upholds the responsibility to check their order upon delivery.
Please complete the Amelius Online Return Form. Our Amelius team will respond within 48 hours. Please complete the form at the back of your original invoice and include the garment being returned.
MAKING A RETURN
Amelius The Label offers free express shipping via Australia Post. This is 1-3 business days from the order date for exchanged items to the customer within Australia.
Any returns require the customer to cover shipping costs back to Amelius The Label.
Any exchanges or returns from international orders for Amelius The Label product requires the customer to cover shipping costs both to and from Amelius The Label.
Upon receiving your return our team will be in contact via email regarding your exchange shipping fee.
We recommend that return shipping is prepaid and traceable. In the event that the package is not received or lost in transit, Amelius The Label will not be liable.
