RETURNS PROCEDURE

The Amelius team always ensures all products are assessed and in immaculate condition before being sent out, it is most important that the customer upholds the responsibility to check their order upon delivery.

Orders can NOT be cancelled after the order has been placed.

Refunds can NOT be processed to a new card due to security and fraud prevention reasons. A credit note will be issued in its place.

We recommend that return shipping is prepaid and traceable. In the event that the package is not received or lost in transit, Amelius The Label will not be liable. 

Amelius has the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned fails to meet our return policy requirements which is in keeping with Fair Trading laws.

FULL PRICED ITEMS
  • Your return must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery.
  • Must be in original condition - unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
  • If your return is accepted after quality checks and processing, full price items are eligible for a refund or a credit note, valid for 12 months.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Return shipping costs on faulty or wrongly supplied items will be the responsibility of Amelius.
SALE ITEMS
  • Your return must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery.
  • Sale items include sitewide sales as well as discount codes excluding WELCOME10 for first time customers.
  • Must be in original condition - unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
  • If your return is accepted after quality checks and processing, sale items are only eligible for an Online Gift Card valid for 3 years.
  • Sale items are not eligible for refunds unless faulty.
  • All sale items marked down by 50% or more, with or without a promotional discount code, outside or during promotional windows are final sale and not eligible for a return unless faulty.
  • Warehouse Sale items are final sale unless faulty.
  • Items purchased on 'further sale' or with multiple discounts are further sale and not eligible for a return unless faulty.

PROCESSING TIME

We endeavour to respond to your emails within 48 hours. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for your bank to post your refund into your account.

AFTERPAY

You will be notified of your refund via the Afterpay portal shortly after it has been approved by Amelius. The returned item/s will create an adjusted Afterpay payment schedule or a refund of your completed payments.
