We are seeking an e-Commerce Manager to join our Head Office team based in Waterloo, Sydney. Ideally, you’re a self-driven individual with an understanding of the industry, holistic experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record for running an online store and associated marketing platforms.

Day to Day:

  • Work alongside freelance e-commerce specialist and creative content team
  • Guide our e-Commerce co-ordinator who will work directly with you to ensure timely publication of products, blog and content according to delivery schedule
  • Create engaging online campaigns in line with marketing calendar
  • Curate beautiful digital displays communicating our brand vision (Shopify - homepage, merchandising collections, navigation, blog posts)
  • Social media design and management (eDMs, Instagram, Facebook)
  • Co-ordination with external digital marketing agencies
  • Consistent reporting on budget and key marketing metrics (Instagram/Facebook ads, Google shopping ads and search campaigns, site visits, bounce rates, time on page, customer sign-ups) 
  • Manage collaborations with influencers and PR agencies
  • Experience with Google Analytics highly regarded

You’ve got…

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or 4+ years in the eCommerce space
  • Proven ability to grow online sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to write fashion copy with sophistication
  • Familiarity with graphic softwares (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign) 
  • Experience with Klaviyo or MailChimp
  • Creative problem solving skills
  • Passion for the fashion industry and changing the game
  • Ability to drive a positive and collaborative environment
